Hey legends, anyone else having shocking trouble getting paid out from Heaps O Wins? I've been waiting for ages on a withdrawal and it's doing my head in. I hit a decent win last week, tried to pull out a few hundred bucks, well over the AU$100 minimum. I used my Visa debit card, thinking it'd be pretty straightforward, but it's been like four business days already. Their site says 1-3 business days for credit cards, so I'm past that now, yeah? I also tried to do a smaller one with Bitcoin 'cause I've heard that's faster, like 1-3 hours they claim for e-wallets and crypto. But that's just sitting there pending too. What's the point of having AUD support and all these options like MasterCard, Neosurf, Bitcoin, if nothing actually moves? Is it a software glitch or something dodgy going on? Just wanna get my cash, mate.
