Shazam Casino App Glitches & Lag - Anyone Else Getting This?

Hey legends, anyone else hitting major snags with the Shazam Casino mobile app lately? I'm talking proper frustrating stuff. Been trying to get a decent session in, use my Visa to grab that 260% welcome bonus they're always pushing for a $25+ deposit, but the app is just a dog's breakfast. Freezes constantly, UI elements disappear, buttons don't respond, and the whole thing feels like it's running on dial-up. The server latency is a nightmare, takes ages for anything to load, spins to register, or even just navigating the menus. I'm an Aussie player, and I've heard good things generally, but this past week it's been unplayable. My internet's fine, other apps work perfectly. Bloody hell, this is concerning. I'm keen on trying them out with a MasterCard deposit for the bonus, but if the app's this unstable, how are we supposed to trust withdrawals? Heard their withdrawal limits are A$500 a day, A$2,000 a week for Aussie players, and u can't even pull out with Neosurf, ETH, or Litecoin, only cards or bank transfer. Imagine fighting with a glitchy app just to get your winnings out within those caps. Sounds like a recipe for a headache.

I actually hit up their customer support, they were pretty quick to respond, gotta give 'em that, definitely 'top notch' on teh response time front. But all they did was tell me to reinstall the app and check my internet. Like, cheers Sherlock. Didn't fix the server lag or the disappearing buttons, did it? Still a hot mess.

This is just woeful. Is there any workaround? Or are we just stuck waiting for an update that might never come? Seriously considering jumping ship to another casino at this point if they can't get their act together.

It's a shame 'cause I like some of their games and that welcome bonus was tempting, but this level of jankiness is just not on. If it's not fixed by end of May, I'm out.
