Sun Palace Casino App Glitches & Lag - Anyone Else?

Mate, is anyone else having a shocker with the Sun Palace Casino app lately? On my phone (and tablet too, btw), the bloody UI is just cooked. Buttons don't register, sometimes it just freezes mid-spin, especially when I'm trying to jump between the pokies and the live dealer games. And the lag! It's like they're running their servers on a potato, I swear. I'm in Perth, but my mate in Sydney says his is just as bad. It's not just us Aussies either, heard Canadians and Yanks are whinging too. Still no fix for this garbage? Seriously, it's been months. You'd think a casino that wants to cater to a global audience, especially us down under, plus Canada and the US, would invest in decent tech. All these withdrawal complaints floating around – 8 days pending, BTC not arriving, waiting on a grand – it just adds to the doubt when the app itself is so dodgy. Wish they'd sort out their servers and clean up the UI. The monthly $8,000 limit feels like a joke when you can't even get smaller amounts out smoothly because of their internal mucking around.
